I like historical costumes on dolls and Black Hills Doll Designs does give a good price for the incredible attention to detail, the beadwork and the jewelry that goes with each doll. I don't think one can find the same amount of beadwork on a regular manufactured doll. The attention to palette, choice of material and even the collaboration was really a very enriching experience for me. It just so happened these outfits came in time for Valentine's -- perfect for Romeo and Juliet. Thank you Alison for passing by and giving your comment on the portraits. = )
